Teen Identity Support Group
/The C.A.R.E. Center offers a weekly Teen Identity Support Group for LGBTQ+ youth and their allies. This group provides a safe environment for teens to discuss and understand their identities and gain more knowledge about the specific mental health issues that LGBTQ+ teens face. This group focuses on developing supportive relationships with allies and the community. For a brief screening, please contact our group facilitator, Britt , at 504-332-7762 or bbrown@pcccf.org.
The weekly session fee is $10, but clients will not be turned away for lack of funds.
