National Eating Disorders Awareness Week

This week (2/22/2016 - 2/28/2016 is National Eating Disorders Awareness Week. Eating Disorders affect roughly 30 million Americans and has the highest rate of mortality of any mental health disorder. Early detection and intervention is key.  If you are struggling with food or exercise issues, take 3 minutes and complete the screening at the link below. The screening is anonymous, free, and there will be a person available upon completion to help you find the resources and support you need.
