General Counseling
Our general counseling services provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and children. Our professionally trained staff is made up of social workers, counselors, and master’s level interns. Through the use of evidence based practices and techniques, clients are able to work through a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, domestic violence, trauma, child abuse, sexual abuse, behavioral issues, relationship dynamics, parenting concerns, drug and alcohol abuse, and personal development. Most clients are seen between two and four times per month and the course of treatment may be short or long term, depending on the client’s individualized assessment and treatment plan. Each clinician works with the client to develop a personalized treatment plan to meet the presenting needs.

Different groups are available at our various locations and meet once a week.
Group Counseling
When research demonstrates group work is best practices, the group setting is utilized. Group therapy is provided in the following areas:
- Domestic violence for male perpetrators.
- Parenting – Active Parenting and Co-Parenting.
- Choices Groups
- Substance Use Education Groups
